This teenage love story of two Indians born and raised in Canada lacks sizzle.
Gurneal Ahluwalia a.k.a Neal (Uday Chopra) wants to enjoy the last few weeks of bachelorhood before tying the knot with Sweetie, a bride from Bhatinda selected by his parents.
So, off he heads to Vancouver to have a good time with the sexy babes there.
No sooner does Neal land in Vancouver than he bumps into Nikki (Tanisha Mukerji), a wine swilling, spunky girl trying to recover after her boy friend dumps her.
Much to Neal's chagrin, Nikki forever seems to be throwing the spanner in his priapic adventures. To the delight of Neal, Nikki offers to take him to Whistler, a cornucopia of sizzling babes. When Neal realizes that Nikki has brought him to Whistler just to make her boyfriend jealous he gets incensed.
The songs are also nothing to rave about and fail to lift this movie from its mediocre pit.
Expectations are always higher from the house of Yash Raj Films, which has produced this film, but Neal N'Nikki just does not deliver the goods.
By the way, Tanisha Mukerji is the younger sister of Kajol, who rode her way to Bollywood stardom with Dilawale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge and Baazigar. But Tanisha lacks the fire that her elder sister brought to the screen in Dilwale or Baazigar. - Copyright SearchIndia.com.
