The twice postponed Preliminary Hearing for our Telugu Bidda Raghunandan Yandamuri, charged in the kidnapping and murder of 10-month-old Saanvi Venna and her 61-year-old grandmother Satyavathi Venna, is scheduled for 9:30AM tomorrow in the court room of Magisterial District Judge James P.Gallager.

There are not enough choices. Why should we set him free if he doesn’t plead guilty?
If he pleads guilty, he will probably not get the death penalty.

1. I don’t know if he has enough bargaining power for any kind of plea deal.
Other than the cost of a trial (which BTW can take a long time….Maybe over a year, for various reasons like Jury selection etc).
2. Live telecast?
I don’t know. I doubt it.
