    LTTE done much damage to Tamils – is half truth
    it should complete as ‘where as the SL govt gave room for the emergence of LTTE by tweaking the constitution against Tamils’

    Right Joeanthony — Its a political statement …

    Tweaking is a mild word ….it was almost like re-writing the consititution …made sure that discrimination is institutionalised .
