Following a guilty plea for exposing his dick to a lady co-passenger on a Southwest Airlines’ flight from Philadelphia-Denver, Telugu bidda and SAP consultant Murali Krishna Nookella has been ordered by the U.S. District Court in Denver, Colorado to complete a program of mental health treatment and not travel on Southwest Airlines.
Here’s an excerpt from the court judgment in the Nookella case, dated August 19, 2010:
The defendant shall participate in and successfully complete a program of mental health treatment, as deemed necessary by the probation officer, until such time as the defendant is released from the program by the probation officer. The defendant shall pay the cost of treatment as directed by the probation officer. The court authorizes the probation officer to release to the treatment agency all psychological reports and/or the pre-sentence report for continuity of treatment.
Lucky Fella, No Jail Term
The important thing is Nookella managed to get away without serving jail time for his offense of obscene and indecent exposure on an aircraft on March 1,2010.
Instead, U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael Watanabe sentenced Murali Nookella to one year of probation.
Besides ordering Nookella to complete a program of mental health treatment and not travel on Southwest Airlines, U.S. Judge Watanabe also ruled that that the Telugu bidda must not have any contact with the victim as one of the supervising conditions of probation.
Murali Nookella was arrested at Denver airport after his female co-passenger “C.S.A” complained that he was masturbating on the plane and that his erect dick had peeped out from below his blanket.
Now you know why we refer to Nookella as a dickhead. 😉
Question for Y’all
Say, next time we get on an airplane in the U.S., should we ask for a change of seat if our co-passenger is a Telugu bidda?
Please advise us. 😉
I’ve heard US visa rejection percentage in Hyderabad is higher compared to other states in India.
If it’s true, I can see why.
