Murali Krishna Nookella Pleads Guilty to Exposing Dick on Plane

Remember the Telugu bidda Murali Krishna Nookella?

No? Nookella was the 35-year-old H1B desi dickhead and SAP consultant arrested on March 1 this year for allegedly exposing his dick to a lady co-passenger on a Southwest Airlines’ flight from Philadelphia-Denver.

Murali Nookella’s female co-passenger “C.S.A” had basically alleged that he was masturbating on the plane and that his erect dick had peeped out from below his blanket.

Desi Dicksposure

Now Murali Krishna Nookella has essentially admitted to exposing his dick on the commercial flight.

In a 11-page statement to the U.S. District Court in Denver dated May 5, 2010, Murali Nookella declared:

I wish to plead guilty to the following charge(s):

Count One of the Information charging a violation of 49 U.S.C. 46506(2), Obscene and Indecent Exposure on an Aircraft.

Statutory Penalties

The punishment for violation of 49 U.S.C. 46506(a) is up to 90-days of imprisonment or fine of up to $5,000 or both; up to one-year supervised release; $10 special assessment fee.

Murali Krishna Nookella may also face deportation because of the conviction.

After his arrest, Murali Krishna Nookella had been released on a $5,000 bond and prohibited from traveling by commercial airlines.

Here’s an excerpt from the document Plea Agreement and Statement of Facts Relevant to Sentencing dated May 5, 2010 and filed with the U.S. District Court in Denver, Colorado:

Upon the flight’s arrival in Denver, the defendant was detained and arrested by the Denver Police and a special agent of the FBI. The defendant, after being advised of his Miranda rights and waiving the same, made a statement to the special agent of the FBI. The defendant stated that he was “scratching his penis” under the blanket. He denied having an erection. After denying exposing his penis to the female passenger seated next to him, the defendant eventually admitted to the agent that he was asleep while he was scratching his penis. He stated that he unzipped his pants to scratch his penis and that any exposure of his penis was “an accident.”

Investigation revealed that the blanket the defendant used to cover himself with was brought on board the aircraft by the defendant. The blanket was seized by the FBI and submitted to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation lab for analysis. The serological examination of the blanket revealed the presence of semen containing spermatozoa.

Murali Nookella was supposed to be sentenced on August 2, 2010 but it looks like the sentencing will be postponed because Nookella’s attorney will be on vacation on that day.

It remains to be seen whether Murali Nookella will be thrown into the can or just pay a fine.

Remind us never to sit next to a Telugu bidda on a long or even short flight.

If I’m not wrong, most (>95% ) number of people usually, scratch or do whatever with penis, when they sit next to a BEAUTIFUL YOUNG, WOMAN/GIRL, right? 😉

With gays coming out of the closet in droves, the bisexuals, transgenders, gender-confused and what not, you never know what ~~you’re gonna encounter~~ your co-passenger is gonna scratch these days. Alas, sexual orientation and antics have all turned into a blur in Kali Yug. Guess, the new version of Ramayan will have Ram’s boyfriend being kidnapped by Ravan, the real one that is, not Abhishek Bachchan. 😉

In any case, given the supply constraints on a plane and priapic demands being sky-high desperate folks will resort to desperate tactics.

I’ll be careful the next time I scratch on a plane. Did he wash the blanket after every use? Is there a mugshot of him anywhere?

Hi SI,

Sad to see an Indian in this kind of terrible mess!!Does he ever know that the pride and respect of his former country,that is,India could be affected by his wrong-doing.Thank God,our news channels have not yet covered this news(maybe they do not know this news at all).One thing I have noticed as a common trait of Indians is they do not seem to have anything such as “conscience”.They seem to do all kinds of wrong things such as robbery, kidnapping etc but do not have any feelings of remorse or guilt!!Often they justify such acts as acts of bravery,caste oriented tradition(That is,if they are in such caste and community,they are entitled to do such things) etc.

BTW, I wanted to ask a small question.Actually I remember having commented on topics such as “Music We Have Acquired Lately” and “Words With Meaning”.Suddenly they seem to have vanished altogether!! Is this disappearing act going to be a temporary one or a permanent feature?
